維修保養
1.斷開電源,檢查PLC控制(zhi)柜的機架是否有(you)的接地,并(bing)使(shi)接地電阻不(bu)大于(yu)4Ω。
2.控(kong)制柜上(shang)有不(bu)同(tong)性(xing)質的電壓(ya)(直流110V;交(jiao)流單相220V;三相交(jiao)流),在(zai)維修保養時分清電路,防止發(fa)生短路事故(gu)。
3.控(kong)制柜上的全部電(dian)器開關,應動(dong)(dong)作靈(ling)活,無(wu)顯著噪(zao)聲,連(lian)接線(xian)結頭和(he)接線(xian)柱應無(wu)松動(dong)(dong)現象,動(dong)(dong)觸頭連(lian)接線(xian)結頭處(chu)鋼絲應無(wu)斷裂現象。
4.用軟刷(shua)或吹風(feng)屏板插(cha)件和全部(bu)電磁開關零件的積塵,并檢查控制柜內電器開關觸(chu)(chu)頭的狀態,接觸(chu)(chu)情(qing)況,線圈外表(biao)的絕緣(yuan)以及(ji)機械部(bu)件的動作是否。
5. 換熔(rong)絲(si)時,應使熔(rong)斷電(dian)流(liu)與該(gai)回路的(de)電(dian)流(liu)相(xiang)匹配。
